Best for: The high-performer who needs a quick energetic tune-up without leaving their desk. The Edge: Face-to-face check-in, 45 minutes of boundless Reiki, and a digital "Insight Brief" sent straight to your inbox.
Cancellation Policy
I. General Terms & Conditions Payment Policy: All session packages must be paid for in full at the time of booking to secure your discounted rate. Payments are non-refundable, except as detailed in the cancellation policy. Expiration: Session packages expire six (6) months from the date of purchase. Sessions not used within this timeframe will be forfeited. Travel Fee (In-Home): For the in-Home single session rate, a travel fee will apply based on the distance to your home. This travel fee is waived when purchasing the 3-Session in-Home package. Confidentiality: All client information and session details are kept strictly confidential. Exceptions apply only where legally required or when there is an immediate threat of serious harm to self or others. Scope of Practice: Reiki is a complementary healing modality and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment from a licensed health professional. Please consult your doctor for any physical or psychological concerns. II. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Session Cancellation: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any booked session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of that session from your package (or the full session fee for single bookings). No-shows will result in the immediate forfeiture of the session. Lateness: If you are late for a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full session fee or package credit will be applied.
