ABOUT
Most of us were taught how to function, succeed, and keep pace — not how to belong to ourselves.

So we adapt. We perform. We scatter.
We leave pieces of ourselves behind in exchange for approval, survival, belonging, or quiet compliance.
For a while, that works. Until it doesn't.

Eventually the ache shows up — sometimes as exhaustion, sometimes as agitation, sometimes as numbness, sometimes as a quiet whisper: “I miss myself.” or “There has to be a different way to live.”

The work of Creative Healing is not about fixing what’s “wrong” with you, optimizing your output, or transcending your life. It’s about returning to yourself — gathering what has been abandoned, reclaiming what was lost, and reweaving your inner life in a way that your body can actually inhabit.

Healing, in this context, is not a destination. It’s a relationship — with the body, with your story, with the season you’re in, and with the parts of you that have been waiting to come home.

This work honors:
-
nervous system pacing
-
ritual and creative process
-
lineage and energy work
-
imagination and meaning-making
-
the unseen
-
the body
-
and the quiet thresholds of becoming
Because becoming yourself is not just psychological work — it is seasonal work. It happens in cycles, not timelines. In layers, not checklists. It’s a relationship — to your story, to your timing, and to the parts of you that have been waiting to be reclaimed.

My role is not to lead from above, but to walk with you as you learn how to stop leaving yourself behind.

A LIVED PATH
Creative Healing was not created from a single modality or certification — it was shaped through lived experience, curiosity, and a deep sensitivity to energy, creativity, and inner cycles.

For a long time, I was like many of you: creatively wired, highly intuitive, and constantly searching for a "reset button" that didn't exist. I moved through seasons of deep disconnection and total overwhelm, searching for a healing space that felt both effective and gentle.
But traditional models often missed the mark. The clinical approach felt too rigid. The spiritual "love and light" approach felt too one-dimensional—ignoring the messy, human parts of the process. I didn't want a label or a prescription; I wanted a way to meet my body, spirit, and imagination all at once.

Healing in Layers, Not Labels
I realized that true recalibration doesn’t happen through one path; it happens through Alchemy.
-
Energy work created the space I needed to soften and regulate.
-
Yoga and breath reintroduced a compassionate relationship with the body.
-
Journaling, art, and reflection opened dialogue with the inner world.
-
Meditation offered stillness.
-
Nature-based and ritual practices brought a sense of meaning, symbolism, and magic back into everyday life.
Rather than choosing one lane, I decided to honor the whole highway. Creative Healing was born from the decision to honour many. Creative Healing was born from the belief that you don’t need to be "fixed"—you just need the right tools to clear the clutter so your own wisdom can take the lead.
MAGIC FOR THE MODERN SOUL
I believe that healing is personal, intuitive, and—above all—not linear. What nourishes you on a Tuesday might not be what you need by Friday. That’s why Creative Healing is a living, breathing practice.

Everything here is handcrafted with intention and guided by care rather than urgency and Creative Healing continues to evolve as a living practice, rooted in curiosity, reverence, and trust in the body’s innate wisdom.

I’m not here to offer you a "magic wand" fix. I’m here to help you clear the static, quiet the outside noise, and recalibrate your system until you feel completely, unburdened-ly you.

Let’s clear the fog and find your rhythm again.

THE BRAND STORY
Creative Healing started as a place for the ones who don’t fit neatly into any one world:
-
too spiritual for clinical spaces
-
too grounded for ascension aesthetics
-
too imaginative for conventional wellness
-
too sensitive for optimization culture
-
too questioning for dogma
-
too real for performative spirituality
People who are seeking something they can feel, not just understand.
Something personal, not prescriptive.
Something ritual, not theatrical.
Something embodied, not performative.

Creative Healing offers multiple pathways because healing and becoming do not happen through one door. They happen through many small returns, across seasons, through practices that honor the nervous system, the story, the body, and the unseen.

This is why offerings range from:
-
self-paced discovery (journaling, meditation)
-
energetic & creative support (Reiki, circles, workshops)
-
lineage work (Rewoven & Reiki Teacher Training)

Each path supports the same quiet truth:
When you stop leaving yourself behind, your life begins to feel like home again.

THE ROLE I HOLD
I do not sit above the work.
I walk with you through it.

I am not here to fix, rescue, or optimize you.
I am here to accompany you as you gather who you’ve always been and learn how to inhabit your life from the inside — honestly, imperfectly, and unmistakably you.
IF YOU FEEL THE PULL
If something in you whispered “yes,” even quietly — you’re already at the threshold.
