Service Description
Yoga Nidra is the art of doing absolutely nothing, on purpose. This isn't your typical meditation where you struggle to quiet your mind; it’s a guided journey into the space between sleep and wakefulness. It’s designed for the 'high-functioning' person who is tired of being 'on' and needs a legitimate way to shut down the system without just passing out on the couch. Once a week, we gather virtually to shed the mental load and settle the nervous system. There is no movement, no performance, and no 'doing it wrong.' You just lie down, listen to my voice, and let your body remember how to actually rest. Consider it a weekly power-down for your brain.

Cancellation Policy
I. General Terms & Conditions Payment Policy: All session packages must be paid for in full at the time of booking to secure your spot and applicable discounts. Payments are non-refundable. Expiration: Session packages expire six (6) months or twelve (12) from the date of purchase as specified for the class or course purchased. Sessions not used within this timeframe will be forfeited. Confidentiality: All client information and session details are kept strictly confidential. Exceptions apply only where legally required or when there is an immediate threat of serious harm to self or others. II. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy I understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and rescheduling may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to attend the class or course, I request at least 24 hours notice. If you are late for a class or course, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full session fee or package credit will be applied. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of that session from your package (or the full session fee for single bookings). No-shows will result in the immediate forfeiture of the session. This courtesy enables the availability to schedule another client in, in turn, and maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.
