A place to put the world down for an hour. Quiet Holding is a gentle, intentional pause in the middle of a loud world. Offered every two months, this online gathering is a space where nothing needs to be solved, explained, or performed. It is an open container for those who are moving through transition, carrying grief, or simply navigating the weight of a busy life. There is no "work" to do here. We settle together, receive Reiki, and allow the nervous system to soften and recalibrate in its own time. Whether you are here out of curiosity or sheer fatigue, you are welcome exactly as you are—no previous experience required, and no need to be anything other than human.

Cancellation Policy
I. General Terms & Conditions Payment Policy: All session packages must be paid for in full at the time of booking to secure your spot and applicable discounts. Payments are non-refundable, except as detailed in the cancellation policy. Expiration: Session packages expire six (6) months or twelve (12) from the date of purchase as specified for the class or course purchased. Sessions not used within this timeframe will be forfeited. Confidentiality: All client information and session details are kept strictly confidential. Exceptions apply only where legally required or when there is an immediate threat of serious harm to self or others. Scope of Practice: Reiki is a complementary healing modality and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment from a licensed health professional. Please consult your doctor for any physical or psychological concerns. II. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy I understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and rescheduling may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to attend the class or course, I request at least 24 hours notice. If you are late for a class or course, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full session fee or package credit will be applied. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of that session from your package (or the full session fee for single bookings). No-shows will result in the immediate forfeiture of the session. This courtesy enables the availability to schedule another client in, in turn, and maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.
