This session is for the "high-functioning" soul who needs a reset but doesn't have the luxury of a 2-hour window. Whether you’re halfway across the world or just hidden away in your bedroom, we bridge the gap to settle the noise and clear the fog. No travel, no "peopling," no fuss. Just a quiet hour (or half) of returning to yourself while the rest of the world stays on pause. Choose Your Window: The Full Reset | 60 Minutes The standard deep dive. Perfect for when the accumulated pressure has reached a tipping point. The Tune-Up | 30 Minutes The "I just need to breathe" session. Ideal for existing clients who need a quick recalibration between deeper journeys, or newcomers who want to test the waters without the full-hour commitment.
Cancellation Policy
I. General Terms & Conditions Payment Policy: All session packages must be paid for in full at the time of booking to secure your spot and applicable discounts. Payments are non-refundable, except as detailed in the cancellation policy. Expiration: Session packages expire six (6) months from the date of purchase. Sessions not used within this timeframe will be forfeited. Travel Fee (In-Home): For the in-Home single session rate, a travel fee will apply based on the distance to your home. This travel fee is waived when purchasing the 3-Session in-Home package. Confidentiality: All client information and session details are kept strictly confidential. Exceptions apply only where legally required or when there is an immediate threat of serious harm to self or others. Scope of Practice: Reiki is a complementary healing modality and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment from a licensed health professional. Please consult your doctor for any physical or psychological concerns. II. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy I understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation or rescheduling may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, I request at least 24 hours notice. If you are late for a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full session fee or package credit will be applied. All cancellations or rescheduling must be done online through my website. Cancellations or rescheduling through email or social media will not be valid. Clients who do not honour their appointments may be charged a cancellation or rescheduling fee as follows: - 24+ Hours Notice: Service(s) may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge. - Under 24 Hours Notice: Service(s) subject to a charge up to the full amount of the service(s). - Failure to Show: The entire service(s) will be charged. This courtesy enables the availability to schedule another client in, in turn, and maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.
