If Something Arrives Damaged
If your glass bottle arrives cracked or damaged in transit, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a photo.

If a blend isn’t the right fit, we encourage you to repurpose it (linen spray, smaller room) or pass it along to someone who might love it.
Refunds aren’t offered based on scent preference.

Each bottle is infused with genuine gemstones.
As natural elements, variations in size, shape, and colour are part of their character—not imperfections.
We pack and ship each order with care, usually within 2–4 business days.
Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it on its way.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier. Once your package is in transit, it’s in their hands—but we’re always here if something feels off.
