Forest Hold
For protection, steadiness, and deep calm
Step into the trees.
Forest Hold blends fir and juniper with Tree Agate to create a sense of safety, strength, and quiet protection. It draws your energy inward and roots it deeply.
Use it when you need to feel held, supported, or reconnected to something steady.
4 oz | Glass Bottle | Infused with Genuine Gemstones
Soulcraft Mists are crafted to shift the feel of a space—quickly, gently, and without effort.
Each blend pairs plant-based aromatics with a corresponding gemstone to support a specific energetic tone, from clarity and grounding to rest and renewal.
Not to overwhelm the senses—but to meet the moment you’re in.
A small shift in the air can change more than you think.
Sprays & Cleaners
Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final. We’re unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
If Something Arrives Damaged
If your glass bottle arrives cracked or damaged in transit, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a photo.
Email: hello@creative-reiki.com
We’ll take care of it with a replacement or shop credit.
On Scent & Personal Preference
Scent is personal—and sometimes what feels right in theory lands differently in a space.
If a blend isn’t the right fit, we encourage you to repurpose it (linen spray, smaller room) or pass it along to someone who might love it.
Refunds aren’t offered based on scent preference.
On Crystals
Each bottle is infused with genuine gemstones.
As natural elements, variations in size, shape, and colour are part of their character—not imperfections.
We pack and ship each order with care, usually within 2–4 business days.
Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it on its way.
Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier. Once your package is in transit, it’s in their hands—but we’re always here if something feels off.
Local Pickup
If you’re local, pickup may be available. Details will be provided at checkout.
A Note on Delays
Occasional delays can happen, especially during busy seasons or weather disruptions. We appreciate your patience while your order makes its way to you.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office first.
If it’s still missing, reach out—we’ll do what we can to help.
Good things are on their way.
