Grounding into Self is a 4-week guided journalling journey designed to help you reconnect with your inner world — emotionally, energetically, and intuitively. Each week blends guided meditation, reflective prompts, and simple ritual practices that support self-awareness without the pressure to “fix” or perform. Week 1 — Coming Home to Yourself Reclaim presence and reconnect with your inner landscape. Week 2 — Awareness & Mindfulness Witness your thoughts and patterns without judgment or optimization. Week 3 — Energy Check-In (Reiki-Inspired) Read your subtle body and notice where things hum, stall, or need support. Week 4 — Emotional Acceptance Make space for feelings without shutting down, bypassing, or over-explaining. This is not a productivity course, self-help bootcamp, or “love and light” echo chamber. It’s grounded, inner work supported by curiosity, compassion, and just enough soulful sass to keep it real.
