A Little About Me
Hello! Welcome, it's a pleasure to have you here. I'm Erin, a creative wellness practitioner. What does this entail? Well, officially, I am a certified Reiki Master, Yoga Instructor and an Addictions & Mental Health Worker. In practice, I use creative and personalized approaches to help my clients connect with themselves and explore their unique paths to healing utilizing energy, movement, breathwork, and art.
For over two decades, I have been drawn to all things mystical, from yoga and meditation to crystals and aromatherapy (all the "woo-woo" things!) Despite my deep interest, I devoted years to corporate roles while pursuing my passions whenever time allowed. Eventually, overwhelmed by burnout, I made a significant shift. I went back to school, embraced my passions wholeheartedly, and now I am here, assisting others seeking a creative and holistic approach to healing.
I collaborate with you, the expert in your own journey, to nurture growth, healing, and lasting transformation. Drawing on my background in addictions, mental health, and Reiki, I cultivate a supportive environment for self-healing.
